Job Description

Medical City Healthcare, in partnership with CryptoAnalyzer, seeks a Respiratory Therapist CRTT to support data-driven respiratory care programs for digital health and insurance partners. You will analyze patient respiratory data, interpret ventilator and monitoring reports, and collaborate with clinicians and finance teams to optimize care pathways and risk models. Responsibilities include assessing respiratory status, recommending therapy plans, validating clinical protocols used in insurance analytics, and documenting outcomes. You'll help integrate evidence-based respiratory standards into blockchain-enabled claims, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care insights. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient respiratory status using clinical data and device outputs Administer and evaluate respiratory therapies and ventilator management plans Interpret respiratory diagnostics and integrate findings into analytics workflows Collaborate with clinicians, finance, and insurance partners on care optimization Document respiratory care interventions and patient outcomes accurately Support validation of respiratory clinical protocols used in insurance risk models Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and data privacy standards Contribute respiratory domain expertise to digital health and blockchain projects Required Skills Respiratory assessment and care planning Ventilator management and monitoring Interpretation of ABGs and pulmonary function data Clinical documentation and EMR use Knowledge of respiratory care protocols and guidelines Healthcare compliance and patient privacy (HIPAA) Basic data interpretation and reporting skills Interdisciplinary clinical collaboration Quality improvement in clinical settings Familiarity with insurance or utilization review processes
