Full Job Description Role & Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory therapy procedures for patients with diverse needs and abnormalities. Supervise any associated positions (none specified). Ensure safety and quality of patient care through proper technique and adherence to protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Physical strength to lift, push, or pull loads of up to 50 pounds. Mobility, stamina, and physical capability for frequent location changes and patient assistance. Willingness to wear protective equipment and handle potentially infectious, toxic, or chemical substances.
Ability to perform physical activities:
sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting. Strong visual and auditory acuity (corrected if necessary).
Key Duties:
Deliver respiratory treatments and procedures. Assist with patient positioning and physical activities. Maintain safety standards and infection control measures. Handle emergency situations as needed. Adhere to physical and visual requirements to ensure effective patient care.
