Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state license as a Respiratory Therapist (or eligibility to obtain) Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Previous acute care or hospital-based experience is highly valued Strong communication and critical thinking abilities Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory therapies and life-support care to patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress Educate patients and their families on respiratory management Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with facility policies
