Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Demonstrated clinical proficiency in acute and critical care settings Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, travel-based assignment Flexible scheduling aligned with facility needs
Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory therapy modalities, including mechanical ventilation and airway management Assess, monitor, and document patient progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment usage Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards
