Travel assignment with full-time hours
Qualifications:
Active Respiratory Therapist license (state eligibility required) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current BLS certification At least one year of recent acute care or hospital-based experience preferred Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, equipment usage, and recovery protocols Accurately document therapy procedures and patient responses in medical records Support efforts in maintaining safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
