1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a night shift hospital position treating adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. Details Hospital-wide respiratory therapy department in a 100-bed facility Patient population includes adults, geriatric, pediatric, and infant patients Uses ventilators, EKG, BiPAP, and oxygen equipment Utilizes MEDHOST and Meditech EHR systems Night shift hours from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Rotating weekend schedule required No on-call requirements Requirements Current RRT certification required Minimum 2 years of experience required, 5+ years preferred Associate degree required Experience with adult ventilator management and CPAP required Pediatric experience required AHA certifications required Active Nursys licensure required at time of submission for consideration Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration License required if applicable Additional Information Manage adult ventilator and CPAP care with common diagnoses including COPD Any scrub color accepted Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
