What You'll Do:
Independently operate invasive and non-invasive ventilation equipment. Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and assist with airway management, including intubations. Set up and operate various respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory conditions. Provide respiratory support across diverse patient populations from pediatric to geriatric. Document care and monitor patient progress using Cerner EMR. Collaborate with physicians and medical team members to deliver quality respiratory care. Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, including holiday and weekend schedules.
What You Need:
Required:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital setting Experience with invasive/non-invasive ventilation, ABG analysis, airway management
Preferred:
