$2,664.00Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced respiratory care in a LevelIII/IV NICU
setting, managing critically ill neonatal patients. Perform and assist with high-risk deliveries , neonatal resuscitation, and airway management. Operate and manage advanced ventilatory support including HFJV (Bunnell Jet), oscillators, CPAP/BiPAP, and conventional ventilators . Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen therapy, nitric oxide (INO), and aerosolized medications . Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and interpretation to guide treatment plans. Assist with neonatal intubation, extubation, and tracheostomy care/management . Monitor and manage patients with conditions such as ARDS, pneumonia, cystic fibrosis, and respiratory distress syndromes .Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapy experience (NICU experience required). LevelIII/IV NICU
experience•REQUIRED
(Hardstop) . Neuro Trauma ICU experience•REQUIRED
. Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist License (in hand at submission) .Required Certifications:
