Axis Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13 week travel assignment in Richland, Washington. This opportunity is for a busy Level III NICU and is ideal for respiratory therapists with recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience who are looking to work in a high acuity environment. What You'll Do As a Travel RRT, you'll provide respiratory care in a busy Level

III NICU

while also supporting adult critical care patients as needed. You'll assess and treat neonatal and adult patients, manage mechanical ventilation, respond to respiratory emergencies, assist with high risk deliveries, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the respiratory therapy team to deliver exceptional patient care. Experience Recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience required Adult ICU experience required Adult Critical Care Ventilator management CPAP, BiPAP, Bubble CPAP High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Mechanical ventilation and ventilator weaning Intubation assistance Airway management and suctioning Fresh tracheostomies Nitric Oxide (iNO) Arterial blood gas collection and interpretation Pulmonary hygiene Oxygen therapy Why Richland?
