Job Overview TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for travel assignments . The RRT will provide respiratory care treatments, manage ventilators, and assess patient conditions in various healthcare settings. This role requires technical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate patient care . Responsibilities Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders . Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and other respiratory treatments . Operate and maintain ventilators and life-support equipment . Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and disease management . Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams . Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols .

Qualifications Education:

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program .

Certification:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (as required per facility).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care.

Skills:

Expertise in mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management . Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities . Excellent communication and teamwork skills .
