What they do
A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Schedule Options:
Full-Time or Part-Time or PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM , with weekend rotation PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Flexible scheduling available!Compensation & Perks:

Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients Accurately document and verify respiratory care procedures Perform clinical assessments and interpret respiratory therapy equipment and test results Troubleshoot equipment and resolve respiratory care issues Maintain effective communication with medical team and staff Educate nursing staff on respiratory protocols and best practices Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and HIPAA policiesQualifications:
Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist Strong clinical skills in airway management, mechanical ventilation, CPR, blood gas collection, etc. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passionate about caring for patients in a collaborative settingLocation:
