Schedule & Hours:

Nights:

12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours/week Rotating every 3rd weekend and holidays 13-week assignment, starting 5/11 with orientation

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory care for diverse populations, including the NICU and critical/emergency care environments Safely float to secondary locations and units (Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, as needed, but always within your skill set) Function independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Utilize current EPIC charting (used within the past 12 months) Adhere to unit-specific protocols and demonstrate resiliency and adaptability

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience as an RRT, with strong NICU exposure preferred Active WI RRT or CRT license, ACLS, and BLS certifications required Comfortable in fast-paced, high-acuity settings Effective communicator and team player Covid-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
