A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Pay:
$28.34-$47.05/hour $10,000.00 sign-on bonus
Respiratory Therapist Opportunity:
Full-time, direct hire position Night Shift Respiratory Therapist delivers respiratory care in collaboration with department leadership, Provides assessment, treatment, and clinical support to nursing staff Respiratory Therapist will operate and manage respiratory equipment and procedures, including ventilators, gas delivery systems, inhaled medications, and ABG testing
Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
Must be a RRT or obtain within 1 year of employment Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS, certification required
