Qualifications:

Hold a current Alaska SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to students across K-12 grade levels with a range of communication needs Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to implement effective interventions Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and district guidelines Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current on best practices in speech-language pathology
