9669324-36203 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication growth in a school-based setting near Oxford, AL. Work with a caseload of approximately 40 students, ranging from 3 years old through 6th grade, all within a single school sitemaking your schedule and collaboration seamless and focused. This role requires immediate availability and extends through May 20, 2027, ensuring stability and a chance to make a lasting impact. You'll serve a diverse peds caseload, utilizing your expertise in speech-language pathology to address a range of needs. The role is open to SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY). This full-time position offers a supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged, with flexible resources at your disposal. Competitive pay, in the range of $40 to $45 per hour, rewards your valuable skills and commitment, with weekly direct deposit and robust benefits included.
Key Qualifications:
Active Alabama SLP License required CCC or Clinical Fellow track considered Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop treatment plans for students ages 3 through 6th grade Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists Support students' IEPs and participate in team meetings
