This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with a passion for working alongside young learners and supporting their communication development in a dynamic, collaborative environment. As the onsite SLP supporting an elementary caseload, you will play a critical role in fostering communication skills and empowering students to reach their full potential. Full and part-time schedules are available, allowing for flexibility to suit your needs.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid TX Speech Language Pathologist License (required) Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings Comfortable working with elementary-age students Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services onsite to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct assessments, interpret results, and collaboratively develop treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights as part of the educational team Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support generalization of communication skills across school environments Enjoy a supportive professional community and a robust benefits package as part of this rewarding role.
