Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Join Our Team at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center At Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, we bring skilled nursing, therapy, and rehabilitation together with the warmth and comfort of true Southern hospitality. As a Speech-Language Pathologist SLP, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to provide exceptional care to our patients. About the Role The Speech-Language Pathologist SLP is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team in Florence, AL.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and developmental disabilities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education requirements to advance your skills and knowledge What We Offer Holiday Pay, PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k,
