Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in the Greensboro area for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details Full-time, 35 hours per week Contract dates: August 3, 2026 - May 21, 2027 Approximately 57 students on caseload Serves students of all ages Coverage across 6 school locations in the Greensboro area Additional Information The district may have support available for paperwork, IEPs, and other administrative responsibilities. The primary focus of this role would be providing direct therapy services to students.
