Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact working with students while utilizing your expertise in speech-language services in a full-time, in-person contract role. You'll support a manageable caseload of 55 students—with only 8 requiring case management—enabling you to focus on quality therapy and thorough assessments throughout the school year. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive providing direct face-to-face intervention and are comfortable conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations as needs arise. Whether you're an experienced SLP, hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or are a SLPA, your skills will be highly valued in this supportive environment. The position encourages collaboration, allowing you to develop your craft and play a vital part in students' educational journeys. What we're seeking: Active state licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLPA (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Proficiency in managing diverse speech/language needs and conducting a variety of assessments Commitment to providing direct in-person therapy and support Strong organizational and documentation abilities for ongoing case management Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families Key responsibilities include: Delivering engaging, person-centered therapy sessions on-site Conducting thorough speech and language assessments as needed Managing a small case management workload (8 files) Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation Contributing to IEP meetings and collaborating with faculty and staff In this role, your expertise will shape student success every day.
