Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' communication development in a dynamic school-based setting! Currently, there is a need for a dedicated speech-language professional to manage a caseload of 55 students—only 8 requiring case management files. You'll make a meaningful impact by providing direct, in-person services, including essential speech and language assessments conducted throughout the year. Whether you're an SLP-CCC or an SLPA passionate about helping children thrive, your skills are valued here.
Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Experience working with K-12 students in school settings is highly desirable Competency in conducting a variety of speech and language assessments Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to deliver therapy and support in a face-to-face, on-site capacity
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students Complete timely and thorough speech/language assessments and documentation as needed Collaborate with educational teams, families, and caregivers to support students' learning and progress Engage in case management for a small group of students with ongoing needs Contribute to meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring as required
