Qualifications:
Current AL SLP or SLPA license Experience working in school settings; pediatrics preferred Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes favored Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language services primarily to preschool students, with occasional coverage for middle and high school Manage a caseload of approximately 5560 students (only 8 primary cases, rest as related services) Maintain accurate documentation and manage IEP files for primary students Adapt interventions to diverse age groups and collaborate across two local campuses
