Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Eligible for SLP licensure in Alabama Previous experience or strong interest in pediatrics and K-5th student populations Comfortable working onsite with a caseload of approximately 55 students Effective communicator and team collaborator

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for K-5 students with diverse speech and language needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Engage parents and teachers in the therapy process Maintain accurate and organized documentation according to school and state guidelines
