Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Alabama Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student needs Maintain accurate records and document student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
