Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Active state licensure (or eligibility for Alabama licensure) Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Monitor student progress and document outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing support to staff
