Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows also considered Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students, individually and in groups Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and compliance documentation Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and continual professional development
