Responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students, assessing speech and language skills, and collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assess student speech and language skills, providing necessary interventions Document progress and communicate with multidisciplinary teams Support inclusive classroom activities to enhance communication development Maintain compliance with licensure, school district policies, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution Certification in Speech Language Pathology (state-specific or national certification as applicable) Minimum 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology Must possess necessary licensure and background checks Soft skills such as communication, patience, and adaptability
