Contracted Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the upcoming school year, serving diverse caseloads across several local campuses. Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP Certification in Alabama and SLP Educator Certificate (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) Experience in school-based settings highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently with students, staff, and families Willingness to travel between multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver diagnostic and therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60 students, ranging from preschool to high school Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress Complete assessments, progress reports, and required documentation adhering to district and state guidelines Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations Maintain compliance with all district and state requirements, including background clearances
