Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based environment. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to work onsite, providing essential speech and language services to elementary students. You'll collaborate closely with educators and families to help students reach their fullest communication potential.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Current state SLP license and educator certification required Proven experience working in school settings or with pediatric caseloads preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 50 elementary students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct thorough assessments and maintain detailed documentation of student progress Develop targeted therapy plans and participate in IEP meetings Foster collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, and families Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in school-based SLP services This contract runs from August 3, 2026 to May 28, 2027, with hours scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM. The position is onsite at Cleveland Elementary School and will involve serving as the primary SLP for the assigned caseload.
