This full-time onsite role centers on Cleveland Elementary for the 2026-2027 academic year and involves collaborating with educators and families to help young learners thrive.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license Educator certification in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) Prior experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

Serve a diverse caseload of approximately 50 elementary-aged students Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication needs Deliver direct therapy services in individual and small group settings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and achievement Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student evaluations Maintain clear, timely documentation on student progress and service delivery Remain current on best practices in school-based SLP services
