Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain credentials Pediatric or school-based SLP experience is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities to work effectively with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students within the school setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with educational professionals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development Document student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Engage and educate families and caregivers regarding treatment plans and strategies that support progress
