Qualifications and Experience:

Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Prior experience working within schools or with pediatric populations preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop individualized therapy plans and set measurable goals tailored to each student Conduct assessments and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely records Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and family members regarding student progress and recommendations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Provide support and resources to staff on effective communication strategies within the classroom
