Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates also considered Previous experience working with school-aged children a plus Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans for a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals Deliver small group and one-on-one speech therapy sessions Track student progress and maintain accurate, compliant records Partner with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student growth Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team
