Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic, full-time role supporting students across a K-12 caseload as a district Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping children thrive and are eager to make a meaningful difference traveling between multiple school sites.
Desired Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure (CFY welcomed) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Experience in K-12 educational settings or strong pediatric background Proficiency in healthcare-related SLP practices, including assessment, intervention, and IEP development Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals Travel seamlessly between multiple school sites within the district, fostering relationships and continuity of care Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success Contribute actively to a positive, inclusive school culture and ongoing program development This role offers a chance to gain rich professional experience while positively impacting students' school experiences across a diverse district.
