Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain one Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Experience working with school-aged children or in a school setting is highly valued Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work on-site and engage with a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and team members to support each students needs Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to the professional growth of the school community Support students social, academic, and emotional growth through targeted therapy and advocacy
