Qualifications:

Active licensure as an SLP or SLPA, eligible to practice in Arkansas Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to build rapport with students experiencing a variety of communication needs

Responsibilities:

Provide speech/language therapy services to a caseload of 36 students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student progress Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings Effectively cover
