Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain in AR) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs considered Previous school-based experience is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-age children Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff for holistic student support Maintain detailed and timely documentation per school and state requirements Support student progress via direct intervention and indirect teacher consultation
