Qualifications:
Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure (state and national CCC strongly preferred; CFY candidates encouraged) Experience or interest in school-based and/or pediatric settings Knowledge of speech/language disorders, educational IEPs, and teletherapy a plus SLPA supervision experience welcomed, but not required Comfortable working collaboratively with school staff and families
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct therapy (in-person and/or via teletherapy) Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Maintain thorough documentation and progress records Participate in staff meetings and professional development
