Role:

Speech Language Pathologist providing in-home evaluation and treatment for adult patients.

Responsibilities:

Assess communication and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and strategies. Document patient progress and ensure continuity of care.
