Job Description

Bring your passion for supporting young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working with K-8 students for the upcoming academic year! This contract position starts July 21, 2026, and runs through May 21, 2027, with a stable schedule of 40 hours per week. Partner with a dedicated SLPA for added collaboration and support, making a tangible impact in school settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for Arizona licensure) CCC-SLP certification or in-progress/eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and families Organizational expertise and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech/language services to K-8 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families for effective student support Supervise and mentor the supporting SLPA, ensuring best practices Document progress in compliance with district and state guidelines Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, addressing a variety of communication needs Working in this vibrant educational environment offers you the opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives.
