Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Active SLP state license (or eligibility for Arizona licensure) Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations Comfortable managing a diverse caseload with varying communication needs Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaborating with teachers and families Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Experience in early childhood intervention or elementary schools is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide therapy, evaluations, and screenings for students K12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP requirements Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff Document services provided and progress; participate in IEP meetings Adapt therapy to address a range of speech, language, and communication disorders Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and engaging school culture
