Job Description

Flagstaff Speech Solutions is a pediatric speech therapy private practice dedicated to helping children reach their full communication potential. We provide evidence-based therapy services in a warm, family-centered environment. Our team is passionate about clinical excellence and professional growth. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric therapy, committed to evidence-based practice, and excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced private practice environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a diverse caseload while being supported by an experienced clinical team.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for pediatric clients Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and client/family goals Provide direct therapy services across a variety of communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and regularly monitor client progress Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team Provide parent/caregiver training and home program recommendations
Documentation & Administrative:
Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours of service delivery Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluation reports Participate in billing and coding procedures as required Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Attend team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Current state licensure in Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience working with pediatric populations (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Qualification Experience with autism spectrum disorder, AAC, fluency, and Gestalt Language Processing Experience with teletherapy platforms Training in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., DIR/Floortime, Meaningful Speech) What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation: starting at $50/hour Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Mentorship from experienced clinicians Access to a wide variety of therapy materials and resources Mileage reimbursement for in-home services How To Apply Interested candidates should submit the following to stephanie@flagstaffspeechsolutions.
