Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) position is available in an elementary school setting in Florence, AZ. This contract-to-hire role offers a supportive environment where you will provide essential speech-language services to elementary school students. The caseload includes up to 57 students with approximately 15 students identified with Speech-Language Impairment (SLI). You will be supported onsite by a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) two days per week.
Qualifications:
Arizona state license for SLP with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card No Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) qualifications accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy to students Conduct assessments and evaluations Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Manage caseload effectively, including compliance with caseload caps Collaborate with the onsite SLPA and school staff Provide services at a single school location (not itinerant)
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, full-time (up to 40 hours per week) School hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 12:45
PM Contract Duration:
Immediate start through May 22, 2026 (end of the school year)
