On-site (School & Co-located Multidisciplinary Clinic) Assist Enterprises operates specialized private schools and co-located multidisciplinary therapy clinics dedicated to empowering neurodiverse students and children with disabilities. We are seeking a collaborative Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-impact 1:1 and small-group services within both our academic environment and our expanding outpatient clinical settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEP goals for school settings and clinical care plans for outpatient clients. Provide direct therapy to neurodiverse students in 1:1 and small-group formats within the school and clinic. Collaborate closely with special education teachers, occupational therapists, behavior interventionists, and campus leadership to integrate communication strategies across all settings. Complete timely, compliant documentation, including progress notes, evaluation reports, and service tracking. Consult with parents and caregivers to provide education, home strategies, and progress updates.Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.Licensure:
Active Arizona State SLP License and Arizona Department of Education (ADE) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).Certification:
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered.Experience:
Experience working with pediatric, neurodiverse populations and students with developmental disabilities required.Skills:
