Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-8 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers a vibrant, collaborative environment where your expertise will make a meaningful difference for approximately 58 students. You'll work a consistent 37.5-hour week, delivering direct therapy, consultations, and evaluations within a supportive educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP - CCC) Current IVP fingerprint clearance card Arizona Department of Education (DOE) certificate Experience in school-based speech therapy is preferred, with the ability to manage an elementary and middle school caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality speech, language, and communication therapy services to K-8 students Evaluate and monitor student progress using evidence-based assessment tools Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Serve as a resource for educators and families to support student growth and communication skills
