Field Supervisor/Patrol Driver

Overview ((Security supervisor experience is required ) ) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patrol Driver/Field Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or loss prevention, with a focus on surveillance and conflict management. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to monitor security measures and identify potential risks. Manage and train security personnel, providing guidance on best practices in surveillance and conflict resolution. Respond promptly to incidents, conducting investigations as necessary and documenting findings. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining professional relationships for effective communication. Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and personnel performance evaluations. Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held. Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills for team management. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions. $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
