Job Description

A rewarding contract opportunity awaits dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with expertise supporting diverse learners in a school environment. This full-time role is situated onsite within a dynamic school community, focusing on preschool and Child Find positions for the 20262027 academic year. Your intervention and evaluation skills will directly impact young learners, with caseloads tailored based on evaluation and service assignment. Ideal candidates are passionate about speech-language development and excel at adapting to the unique needs of early childhood and school-age students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Active SLP state license Certified SLP Educator Certificate Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card SLP-CCC certification preferred Experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly valued Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to preschool students, including both direct intervention and comprehensive evaluations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct screenings and participate in Child Find evaluations to identify students in need of speech-language services Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and compliance activities Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, families, and support staff This contract position offers: Consistent schedule during the school year: August 2026 to May 2027 Opportunities to work with varying caseloadssome roles may emphasize evaluations, while others provide sustained therapy Experience within a supportive educational environment and the chance to impact early childhood and primary grades Bring your expertise to make a positive difference for young learners while expanding your professional skills within a collaborative school setting.
