Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required. Active SLP licensure for the state and ASHA certification (CCC). Previous school setting experience is a plus, though not mandatory; clinicians from clinical or other pediatric backgrounds are welcome. Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders for students in PreK through 8th grade. Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure comprehensive support for student progress. Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements. Participate in IEP meetings and give expert input on student needs, progress, and recommended strategies.
