Key Qualifications:

Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Demonstrated experience with Medicaid billing processes Ability to effectively supervise and mentor SLPAs Positive communicator with a collaborative, student-centered approach

What Youll Be Doing:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-8 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families Provide direct therapy services that foster communication skills and academic success Supervise and guide the on-site SLPA, ensuring high standards of care and professional development Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Medicaid and district requirements Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture that values every child's potential
