This opportunity centers on case management and evaluation across two campuses, working closely with two full-time SLPAs who handle most direct student services. Your expertise will focus on supervising, evaluating, and overseeing IEP documentation and compliance, rather than direct service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support two SLPAs delivering direct speech and language interventions. Lead case management activities, including managing comprehensive caseload documentation. Conduct student evaluations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee and facilitate IEP meetings and the development of student-centered plans. Monitor student progress and collaborate with staff and families. Provide guidance to ensure compliance with all special education regulations.
What We're Seeking:
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required. Experience in school settings highly valued; open to both experienced SLPs and those completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing a higher caseload (approximately 120 students, various ages). Comfort with case management, indirect services, and supervising assistants. Collaborative, communicative approach to working within multi-disciplinary teams.
Contract Details:
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Position runs from 11/2/26 to 5/21/27. Weekly pay applies equally to direct and indirect services.
