Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome Prior experience working with children or adolescents in schools or pediatric settings desirable Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to diverse needs and embrace a collaborative approach Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering direct therapy
Your Responsibilities:
Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain thorough evaluation and therapy documentation Provide consultative services and resources to school staff Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
